Need to move a supplier order, business purchase or equipment shipment? Send the cargo details to TX1800 Transport. We quote each freight job around the complete load, pickup and delivery locations, handling requirements and appointment windows.
List the number of pieces, the weight of each piece and its packaged dimensions. Tell us if anything overhangs a pallet, has an uneven center of weight or needs a particular orientation in transit. Include photos showing the packaging and available tie-down points.
Open-deck load suitability
Freight must be suitable for the available open-deck trailer. Explain any weather sensitivity, covering needs or special handling before booking so we can confirm whether the setup fits the cargo. Packaging and protection requirements are part of the quote discussion.
Business pickups and scheduled deliveries
Share the supplier or warehouse contact, pickup reference and hours for both locations. If the freight cannot be safely driven, rolled or winched onto and off the trailer, the pickup location must provide the people or equipment to load it and the delivery location must provide the people or equipment to unload it. TX1800 does not provide hand loading/unloading or forklifts, loaders, cranes or other lifting equipment.

Freight hauling includes suitable palletized loads, crated machinery, business purchases and supplier pickups that can travel on an open deck. Piece count, packaged dimensions, individual weights, weather sensitivity and loading equipment all affect whether the job is a fit.
TX1800 can review local Parker County freight moves, Fort Worth and DFW supplier pickups and longer deliveries. Appointment times and expected waiting are included when quoting the job.
TX1800 can load or unload compatible equipment or cargo when it can be safely driven, rolled or winched onto or off the trailer with our hauling setup. TX1800 does not provide hand loading or hand unloading, and we do not provide forklifts, loaders, telehandlers, cranes or other lifting equipment.
If a load must be lifted, the pickup location must have the proper equipment and operator ready to load it, and the delivery location must have the proper equipment and operator ready to unload it. If a load is suitable for hand handling, the shipper/customer must provide the people to hand load it at pickup and the receiver/customer must provide the people to hand unload it at delivery. These arrangements must be confirmed before scheduling.
