Hot shot hauling is useful for a supplier order, replacement part, business purchase, jobsite delivery or other load that needs a direct truck. Scheduled and time-sensitive requests are quoted according to route, load fit and current availability; no same-day window is promised until confirmed.
Open-deck freight may allow side, rear or overhead loading when the facility and cargo support it. Tell us about weather sensitivity, tarping or covering needs, sharp edges, delicate surfaces and any special securement requirements before booking.
Send the pickup reference, release contact, facility hours and appointment rules. Confirm the cargo is ready, accurately described and accessible to the loading equipment before the truck arrives.
You provide loading at pickup and unloading at delivery, by hand or with suitable equipment. Confirm the people, equipment and operators at both locations before scheduling. TX1800 does not provide freight loading crews or lifting equipment.

TX1800 combines hot shot trucking, hotshot delivery, flatbed freight transport, pallet delivery and supplier pickup service for compatible open-deck loads. The shipment travels directly from the agreed pickup to delivery rather than through a parcel or full-size semi network.
We review Parker County freight moves, Fort Worth and DFW supplier pickups, jobsite deliveries and longer routes. Piece weights, packaged dimensions, loading arrangements, appointments and weather sensitivity belong in the quote.

Equipment must drive on and off, roll freely on wheels for approved winching, or have customer-provided lifting at both ends. Tracked machines must run and drive on and off unless suitable lifting is provided at pickup and delivery. Freight must be loaded at pickup and unloaded at delivery by the customer, by hand or with suitable equipment. TX1800 does not provide hand loading or hand unloading, and we do not provide forklifts, loaders, telehandlers, cranes or other lifting equipment.
If a load must be lifted, the pickup location must have the proper equipment and operator ready to load it, and the delivery location must have the proper equipment and operator ready to unload it. If a load is suitable for hand handling, the shipper/customer must provide the people to hand load it at pickup and the receiver/customer must provide the people to hand unload it at delivery. These arrangements must be confirmed before scheduling.

For TX1800, hot shot trucking means a compatible freight load moved directly on an open-deck truck-and-trailer setup. It can suit supplier orders, jobsite materials, pallets, crates, parts and machinery that do not need a full semi-trailer.
Yes, single-pallet and multi-piece loads can be quoted when the dimensions, weight, packaging, loading plan and route fit. The pickup and delivery locations must have the people or equipment needed to load and unload.
Time-sensitive and expedited requests are considered based on current availability, the complete route and load readiness. Service is not confirmed until TX1800 accepts the job and provides the agreed schedule.
The standard hauling setup is open deck. Describe any weather sensitivity and required covering before booking so suitability, packaging and protection can be discussed in the quote.

SPECIALIZED LOAD TRANSPORT
