RENTAL EQUIPMENT TRANSPORT
Rent the machine. Let TX1800 handle the haul when the schedule fits.
Customers and contractors sometimes need equipment that they can operate but do not have the truck, trailer or time to transport. TX1800 can quote pickup and return transportation for compatible rental equipment. The customer remains responsible for the rental agreement, reservation, operating requirements and return deadline.
North Texas routes & longer hauls ↗Rental-yard pickup
Skid steers, compact track loaders, mini excavators, trenchers, compact tractors and similar equipment may be transported when the exact machine and attachment package fit the available trailer. Provide the rental location, reservation name and release window.
Return transport after the job
A scheduled return can keep a contractor or property owner from dedicating a tow vehicle and employee to the rental yard. The return must be planned around the yard’s operating hours and the confirmed TX1800 schedule.
Towable rental units
Compatible light towers, compressors, generators and other towable rental equipment may be moved when the coupler, weight, brakes, lights, tires and road condition are verified. Rental-company rules still apply.
Attachments change the transport plan
Buckets, forks, breakers, augers, trenchers and other attachments must be included in the quote. They affect weight, deck space and securement, even when the rental yard lists them under one reservation.
Rental company loads and releases the equipment
Where the equipment requires a forklift, loader or other facility equipment, the rental yard must provide it. At the destination, the customer must have a safe unloading plan. TX1800 does not provide a separate loading crew.
Deadlines require advance planning
Rental return deadlines and overtime charges can make timing important. Tell us the deadline before booking. We will not promise a pickup or return time until the transport is accepted and placed on the schedule.
