Hot shot trucking & delivery.
A direct truck for your load.

Direct hotshot freight for supplier pickups, jobsite deliveries, pallets, parts, crates and compatible open-deck loads.

HOT SHOT TRUCKING

When the shipment needs a direct pickup-to-delivery route.

TX1800 provides hot shot trucking for compatible loads that fit an open-deck pickup-and-trailer setup. Customers also call this hotshot delivery, hot shot hauling, expedited freight or direct freight service. We accept each job from the actual cargo, route, readiness, appointment requirements and current availability.

Direct freight without a terminal network

A dedicated hot shot load travels from the agreed pickup to the agreed delivery rather than moving through a parcel hub. That can suit a supplier order, replacement part, contractor load, business purchase or machinery shipment with a clear release and receiver.

Scheduled and time-sensitive hotshot delivery

Send the ready time, required delivery window and any flexibility. Same-day, after-hours or expedited timing is not assumed; TX1800 confirms the schedule only after the load, route and availability have been reviewed.

Pallets, crates, parts and jobsite materials

Provide exact piece count, individual weights, packaged dimensions, photos and weather sensitivity. Long items, irregular shapes, sharp edges, liquid containers and high-center-of-gravity loads need extra detail before acceptance.

Supplier, warehouse and jobsite coordination

Give us the pickup reference, release contact, hours, check-in instructions and receiver. Waiting time, appointment rules, truck access and an active jobsite’s unloading area all affect the quote and schedule.

Open-deck loading and unloading

Cargo suitable for rolling or winching may be reviewed for loading with our setup. Otherwise the shipper and receiver must provide the required forklift, crane, loader or people. TX1800 does not provide hand-loading crews or lifting equipment.

  • Piece count, individual weight and exact packaged dimensions
  • Photos, securement points and weather-protection requirements
  • Ready time, delivery window and urgency
  • Pickup reference, shipper contact and receiver contact
  • Loading and unloading equipment plus access at both locations

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Transport questions, answered.

What can a hot shot truck haul?

TX1800 quotes compatible pallets, crates, parts, supplier orders, jobsite materials and machinery suitable for open-deck transport. The exact dimensions, weights, handling and route determine whether a load fits.

Is hot shot trucking the same as expedited freight?

The terms overlap. Hot shot usually means a direct truck assigned to a smaller freight load. Expedited timing is available only when TX1800 confirms the route, load readiness and schedule.

Do you offer hotshot trucking near Aledo, Weatherford and Fort Worth?

Yes. Parker County and western DFW are core service areas, with longer North Texas and Texas routes considered individually by load, timing and rate.

Who loads and unloads a hot shot shipment?

The shipper and receiver must provide hand-loading crews or lifting equipment when required. TX1800 can review cargo that can be safely rolled or winched, but we do not provide forklifts, cranes or hand-loading labor.
