A pallet delivery quote starts with every piece and both docks.
TX1800 transports compatible palletized freight for businesses, contractors and private buyers. Whether the request is described as pallet delivery, pallet transport, small freight hauling or a supplier pickup, we need the packaged dimensions and weight of every piece plus a confirmed loading and unloading plan.
Single-pallet and multi-pallet loads
Send the exact pallet count, the weight and dimensions of each pallet and the combined total. Do not rely only on an order subtotal or a standard pallet footprint when boxes, crates or materials overhang the base.
Supplier and warehouse pickup details
Provide the purchase order or pickup reference, release name, dock or yard hours, appointment requirements and a contact who can resolve problems. Confirm the order is complete and staged before the truck arrives.
Forklift and loading arrangements
Most palletized freight requires a forklift, telehandler or loader at pickup and delivery. The shipper and receiver must provide the correct equipment and operator. TX1800 does not bring a forklift or hand-loading crew.
Packaging, securement and weather
Pallet wrap alone may not make a load suitable for open-deck travel. Describe crates, bands, edge protection, loose cartons, liquids and delicate finishes. Disclose weather sensitivity and covering requirements before the job is accepted.
Business, ranch and jobsite delivery
A warehouse dock, storefront, ranch and active jobsite each need different access planning. Confirm entrance width, surface, overhead clearance, staging room, receiver availability and where the forklift will approach the trailer.
QUOTE CHECKLIST
The details that make a firm quote.
Pallet or piece count with individual and total weights
Packaged length, width and height of every piece
Photos of packaging, overhang, banding and securement points
Pickup reference, appointment hours and receiver contact
Forklift or other loading equipment confirmed at both ends
Send current information for the complete load and both ends of the route. Changes in weight, condition, access or requested service can change the hauling plan.
Yes, a single pallet can be quoted when its packaged size, weight, loading method, weather needs and route fit. Minimum job pricing may apply even to a short or light shipment.
Do you provide a forklift for pallet delivery?
No. The pickup and delivery locations must provide a suitable forklift, loader or other equipment and operator when the freight requires lifting. Confirm both ends before scheduling.
Can palletized freight ride on an open trailer?
Some palletized freight is suitable for open-deck transport; some is not. Packaging, weather sensitivity, shape, weight and securement points are reviewed before the job is accepted.
Can you pick up pallets from a Fort Worth or Weatherford supplier?
Yes, compatible supplier pickups can be quoted. Send the order reference, exact freight details, loading appointment, delivery requirements and both contacts.
