TX1800 TRANSPORT · NORTH TEXAS

Scrap metal transport.
You load it. We haul it.

Transport-only service for customer-owned scrap metal headed to a selected recycling or scrap yard. The hauling fee is quoted separately from the value of the material.

SCRAP METAL TRANSPORT

A predictable transport charge instead of guessing what a scrap load will pay.

TX1800 can move compatible customer-owned scrap from a property, ranch, shop, contractor yard or commercial site to the scrap or recycling facility selected for the job. The customer is responsible for the material, loading arrangements and facility requirements. TX1800 charges for transportation rather than purchasing the scrap or basing the hauling fee on an unknown scale ticket.

Customer-owned scrap headed to the yard

This service can fit steel, pipe, fencing, fabrication offcuts, farm scrap, machinery parts and other compatible metal loads that can be safely transported on the available trailer. Hazardous, prohibited or improperly prepared material is not accepted.

The customer keeps the scrap proceeds

The transport fee is agreed before pickup. Any payment or credit from the receiving scrap yard belongs to the customer under the arrangements they make with that facility. TX1800 is being hired to move the material, not to speculate on its resale value.

Property owner or facility handles loading

The customer may load suitable material with their equipment, or a shop or facility can use a forklift, loader or crane. TX1800 does not provide a hand-loading cleanup crew. Material must be loaded in a way that allows safe securement and legal road transport.

Fabrication, contractor and farm scrap

Recurring pickups may make sense for fabrication shops, fencing contractors, metalworking businesses, farms and ranches that accumulate transportable metal but do not want to dedicate their own truck and trailer to a scrap-yard run.

Scrap-yard destination and acceptance

The customer should choose a receiving facility and confirm that it accepts the material before the haul. Provide the yard name, hours, unloading process and any identification or account requirements that affect delivery.

Scheduled transport, not junk-removal labor

This is a hauling service for prepared loads. The material should be gathered and ready for the agreed loading method. If the job requires property cleanup, dismantling, sorting or extensive hand labor, it is outside this transport-only service.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Transport questions, answered.

Do you haul scrap for free and keep the scrap money?

The standard TX1800 model is a quoted transport fee for customer-owned scrap. The customer keeps any proceeds or credit arranged with the receiving yard, which keeps the hauling price independent of an unknown scrap value.

Will you load the scrap pile by hand?

No. This is transport-only service. The property owner, shop or facility must provide the people or equipment needed to load the material safely.

Can you make recurring scrap runs for a business?

Yes, recurring transport can be discussed for compatible prepared loads, subject to route and schedule availability. Each pickup still needs an accurate load description and a receiving facility.

Do you choose the scrap yard?

The customer should select or approve the receiving facility and confirm that it accepts the material. TX1800 can then quote transportation to that destination.
