MINI EXCAVATOR TRANSPORT

A compact excavator still needs a complete transport plan.

TX1800 provides mini excavator transport for contractors, landowners, rental customers and equipment buyers. We review the exact machine with its blade, boom, stick, bucket, counterweight, cab or canopy and attachments in transport position before confirming that the move fits.

Exact operating and transport specifications

Send the make, model, operating weight, overall track width and transport length and height. Different configurations and attachments change published figures, so current photos and a spec or serial plate are useful.

Boom, blade, bucket and counterweight

Show how the boom and stick fold, which bucket is installed and whether a thumb, coupler or additional counterweight is fitted. The blade and upper structure must be positioned so the complete machine fits and can be secured.

Buckets and loose attachments

List extra buckets, augers, breakers, grapples or other tools traveling with the excavator. Provide dimensions and weights when available and explain how loose attachments can be placed and secured on the deck.

Loading a running or non-running excavator

A compatible running mini excavator can normally track up suitable ramps. A non-running unit may require rolling, winching or customer-provided lifting. Track condition, ground clearance, steering, brake or slew condition, recovery points and the approach determine what is possible.

Seller, rental yard and jobsite access

Confirm release, operating help and hours at pickup. At delivery, provide a firm unloading surface with room for the ramps and machine. Mud, trenches, narrow gates, low branches and active work zones should be disclosed before dispatch.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Transport questions, answered.

How much does mini excavator hauling cost?

The quote depends on the route, exact operating weight and dimensions, attachments, loading method, site access and schedule. Send the model and both addresses for a firm job-specific price.

Can extra excavator buckets travel with the machine?

Possibly. Each bucket or attachment uses deck space and adds weight. Send photos, dimensions and weights so the complete load can be reviewed and secured.

Can you transport a mini excavator that does not run?

Possibly. Some units can be rolled or winched, while others need a forklift, loader or crane supplied by the customer at pickup and delivery. The method must be approved before scheduling.

Do you pick up mini excavators from auctions or dealers?

Yes, compatible auction, dealer and private-sale pickups can be quoted after payment, release, lot hours, machine condition, loading support and the delivery location are confirmed.
