TX1800 TRANSPORT · NORTH TEXAS

Ready for pickup.
Ready for delivery.

The details to gather before an RV move, equipment delivery, freight haul or trailer relocation.

TRANSPORT PREPARATION

Make the load
easy to assess.

A clear description and a few current photos help us determine whether the load fits the hauling setup and what the job involves. Gather the details below, then call or text for a quote.

1. Describe the complete load

Include the make and model where applicable, length, width, height and actual weight. Count attachments, packaged freight and anything traveling inside or on a trailer. If a weight or dimension is uncertain, say so; we can discuss what information is needed before booking.

2. Show the connection or loading approach

For an RV or trailer, photograph the coupler or pin box, electrical connection and overall condition. For equipment, provide ground clearance, wheelbase and operating condition so ramp suitability can be reviewed. For freight, show each piece, its packaging and the lifting arrangements.

3. Arrange loading and unloading at both ends

TX1800 can load compatible equipment or cargo when it can be safely driven, rolled or winched onto or off the trailer. We do not provide hand loading or hand unloading, and we do not provide forklifts, loaders, telehandlers, cranes or other lifting equipment. If the load requires hand handling, pickup must have people ready to load it and delivery must have people ready to unload it. If it requires lifting, both locations must have the proper equipment and operator ready before the haul is scheduled.

4. Check the access and appointment windows

Send the exact addresses or map pins. Mention narrow entrances, overhead obstacles, soft ground, slopes, limited turning space and storage or warehouse hours. For a rural property, photos of the entrance and drop location are useful.

5. Confirm the job before the pickup date

Confirm the agreed load, route, price and time window directly with TX1800 Transport. Let us know if an attachment is added, cargo weight changes or the delivery address moves. Changes can affect the hauling setup and quote.
